My question to you is, "do you have a girl you can kiss"?

You look pretty young. If you feel comfortable enough with her, you can ask her if you can give her a kiss. If you just go at it, she might get upset or get imbarrased if she feels she must move away. If you ask her, she can give you a honest answer. Usually you can sense it if she's just playing hard to get or when she really does mean she don't want to kiss. The rules and experience is totally different for an adult but as a kid and for your first kiss, just play it safe.

Listen, I've been around for 54 years. and I know a little about kissing. If you have to ask, then you probably aren't ready. I know this may sound cliche, but you'll know when the time is right. You can't really tell someone how to kiss. It just comes natural.
