This is one of the few things that I just can tell - with no further research - is crap. Common sense says there is no such thing as negative calorie foods, and even if there is... you'd need to eat a LOT of them to lose weight.
If you're desperate, you should go exercise. That's the only thing that works. Yet for some reason people refuse to listen.
you can't lose calories first of all you can reduce them but you need calories as a source a energy. Its common sense really between good or bad foods its in the nutrition manual on what you should or shouldn't eat like stay away from all the foods with perservatives and sugars your body doesn't need
I think celery is 0 calories. I don't think you are looking for negative calorie foods. I think you are looking for ways to make you look like you want. There is a new technology that has found it is not only in how much or what we eat, but what we think about it when eating it. such as, 'I should not eat this, because it will make me fat.' and guess what... it makes you fat.
