How to put my songs on myspace?

Need the step by step (for non comp techs) guide to putting my original songs onto myspace music page. Thanks. Like I have no idea how to upload or download a song to myspace, from my computer.

Don't sign up to anything.

Just search on the search bar on myspace for your fav band then click "add" on there music player to the song you want.
