To get any scholarship you must 1st find a scholarship you are eligible for and then you must apply. Most scholarships have an application and an essay. Then you mail it in and wait to hear if you got the scholarship. Scholarships are very competative.

You can also use google.
Google for example:
scholarship + african american
scholarship + tennis
scholarship + academic

And the school you are trying to get into should have their own scholarships as well.
