How to get xbox to replace my console?

Ok.. so my console... has been making crazy noise...

of course I call xbox and they shipp me over to india... and I have to deal with the people who dont understand 1 word im saying..

anyway.. the crazy noise.. is Not reguar part of the console... I...

best way I could say it... anyway... they say its a "normal" sound" so next time I call it up... I need them to replace it I guess.. but thats not going to work telling them the crazy noise.. thats so called "normal" lol

so what could I tell them to replace my xbox...

Right, ill just need a few answers off you first =)

1. Is the disc in correctly?
2. Have you dropped or tilted your console recently?
3. Is there any red lights in the centre circle?
4. Is the noise more sudden, or a drone?
5. What has the Microsft call centre said?
6. UK or US?

My 360 is quiet. are you sure someones not revvin a chainsaw outside or something??

Just say that it doesn't play the disks and that a brand new halo 3 doesn't work and start getting pissed at the person your talking too and just demand a new one or something.

P.s. I do this with verizon all the time and it usaully works
