dont use diet pills they can have serious effects. it is possible to lose 5lbs a week thou, I've done it. what I did was stick strictly to eating breakfast lunch and dinner. combine a lot of foods from each catergory like for breakfast have a yogurt with some fruit and maybe half a piece of toast with little butter than for lunch try a lunch meat sandwhich consisitng of two slices of your choice of meat, a piece of lettuce cheese, and a teaspoon of mayo or mustard on it than on the side fruit or vegies with water. drink water and dont give into soda or if you feel like you NEED soda drink diet and try crystal light lemonade stuff if your craving somethign absolutely sweet. than eat dinner. also walk about a mile each day, like listen to your music and just walk, no need to run. and if you have excess to a pool just swim around in it for bout 30-60 min, you dont need to do intense laps just try and get out and have fun doing stuff that gets you moving! good luck :]
Diet pills combined with monitoring your calorie intake, and exercise. As I've said before, there is a Hoodia & Green Tea Extract Pills for a ten day period you can lose 5-10 lb. Unfortunately, or rightfully, either way you look at it, you have to be 18 years of age or older to purchase diet pills in most drug stores. Although I'm not going to say your way to young, because I understand that your at a very sensitive age where your just developing self consciousness. I'd say go out for a jog in the morning, take the stairs not the elevator, etc. Those typical things, edit your diet and calorie intake if your serious. However, if you really find you have an intense problem and its making you miserable and you've tried absolutely everything, then have a mature sit down with your parents at a calm time, and speak with them about other alternatives. Research it and make your intent clear that you are not looking for an easy way out, but you are desperate for an aid.
=) Hope you shed the weight you want to lose. Although I don't think you are in need of a weight change.
Diet pills work, but not worth it. I took some once, and I lost a good bit of weight, but they made me sooo sick and out of it it wasn't even funny.
If you want to lose weight, I did read once on how you could lose 5 pounds in a week.
I think what you do is exercise (that's important in any diet) and you eat fruits and vegies, no sodas (limit diet ones, too), limit carbs but not too much, and eat meat as few a days as possible. Drink plenty of water. If you get hungry eat one of those 100 calorie packs. They make different kinds of good stuff. and EXERCISE!
I'm not advocating for diet pills. I answered the only way to really continuously lose 5 lbs a week is to take them. You may have lost 5 lbs one week, but did you do it every week for two months? No, because your body will get used to the new diet and exersize regime. And eventually your weight loss total every week would decrease. If steady diet and exersize helped you lose 5 lbs every week you practiced them, don't you think women like Mia Hamm would have dissapeared into thin air by now? It's common sense now, think about it. I also offered alternatives like a healthy diet and taking the stairs, etc. Don't confuse it. I was NOT recommending Diet Pills. I was stating facts and statistics.
Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
And also, too, to help you to know,
That in knowing you, many others grow!
Don't try to take so much off in such a short time. If you do you'll just create a vicious circle of diet, lose, gain, diet, lose, gain.
How to LOSE weight?
First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn't gain your weight overnight so don't expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

"How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?"
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.
But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.
"What should a minimum calorie intake be?"
As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Need help sticking to a suitable diet.
I'm fifteen, about 5'3 and according to the last time I weight myself, (which was about three weeks ago), I'm about 180 pounds. For a long time now, I have been wanting to lose weight for school in september, but I'm the worst at trying to go on a diet....
I crave for a lot of unhealthy food. I heard a lot of things that you could lose 16 pounds in a week, which I always thought was physically impossible. I mean, I would like to lose at least 5 pounds a week if that's possible. If it is, how do I do so?
