You can either (A) get one of your friends to find out for you, or (B) man-up, tell him how you feel, and ask him out.

Start talking to him more and spending more time with him to see if there is a vibe - if there is then tell him how you feel and take it from there.

get a bunch of friends together to do something...like a big group date, and ask him if he'll escort you. you could all go have a bonfire and smores, go ice blocking, paint balling, whatever. if he goes with you, then he's probably interested.

tell him how you feel about him. maybe he'll feel the same, maybe he'll just want to be friends, or maybe you're not right for him, but wouldn't it be better to know?
