You want to watch what you eat and drink if this is becoming a problem. Stay away from fried food, sugary foods, also cut back on caffeine (pop/soda , coffee) and increase the amount of water you drink. You want to wash your face daily like they say proactive works really good for these things.

there is no proven link to fried foods and acne, unless you rub the grease all over your face...

Regular use of clerasil gives good result. Or otherwise you can consult with some good homeopathic doctor, because homeopathic treatment gives better result than alophathy. Take sufficient water after getup in the morning, do'nt take fat content food.

Ok, people need to stop with the "Oh, stop eating Chocolate and pop and Candy."

That is not the cause Of Acne. It is caused by Stress & Harmones & Greasy Foods.

so . . I use Pro-Active. It Works! . .And for a fresher cooler face on a hot summer day, use
Clean & Clear oiL-Free Deep Action Cream Cleanser with the Unmistakable Tingle of Fresh Skin!
Try using Cool water for a fresher cooler Face, then pat dry with a towel. =)
have fun!

Firstly using substances derived from vitamin A like retin-a or tazarotene, to reduce inflammation of the skin and to unplug pores. Retin-A can cause skin reddening at first but this is quite normal as the skin's blood supply is improved and younger looking skin begins to appear presenting a youthful complexion. Using a product that includes zinc will also help the vitamin a function better.

Strong cleaners will actually make acne worse because they take so much oil out of your skin that your body automatically produces MORE oil, making it worse. What you need to do it buy a gentle cleanser and moisturize with a oil-free lotion.

Try products with benzoyl peroxide, sulfur or salicylic acid in them. Avoid the sun because it can make acne worse. Use non-comedogenic make-up. Avoid white foods (sugar, white flour, pasta, etc). Make an appointment with a dermatolgist for treatment. You can also see an esthetician for specialized facials. Just remember, there is no cure for acne, only management. Oh, they also sell this electronic device on http://www.myzeno.com that clears up acne quickly!
