Need advice about how my boyfriend treats me around his friend.

Okay, well about this time last year I met my Boyfriend's friend Austin. He's fairly good looking, but has a really cocky arrogant personalitly. When I met him, I was single and he would not stop hitting on me. I was pretty much ignoring how much he was...

hitting on me, because he knew that I didn't like him like that. I wasn't mean to him about it, I just told him that I didn't want to worry about having a relationship right now. I mean, I didn't even know him. So he made up a whole bunch of rumors about me after that, and yelled at me. I laughed, and ignored him and haven't talked to him after that. Till lately/:

I was over at my Boyfriend's house and Austin came over and all of the sudden my Boyfriend starts acting all wierd, like he's too cool to spend time with his girlfriend. Even though he hadn't seen me in like a month and a half. And blew me off today to hang out with him. This kid Austin isn't even a good friend, my Boyfriend always complains about him.

What should I do? This doesn't make any sense to me. Is he trying to get back at me for not flirting with him like forever ago? A little gay crush going on here? (: Hahaha, just kidding. But I think that if my Boyfriend is going to keep blowing me off and treating me wierd around him then he should just go out with him if he means THAT much to him/:

I think maybe he likes being seen as the cool person who can get a girl but doesnt need to do anything to keep them. boys are weird. he shouldnt have blown you off but I agree with bellboy wait til he has another oppertunity then see if he does. this austin guy seems pretty intimadating to your boyfriend but in a subtle way. ask him who he wants more? hope this helped

guys always act differant around there friends, my ex did it when I was going out with him so I told another ex how he acted towards me and he said a lot of guys act differantly around there guy friends. It's true and the reason for this is because they dont want to be seen as whipped or all mushy if you know what im saying. It's a natural guy thing. He does care about you but what you should do is pull him aside when you see him and tell him you really need to tell him something in private...then tell him how you dont like being left out you want to spend time with him and build on the relstioship not just let it stand still...BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!!
