How to do maximum power on naruto?

Hello I am jason.In the naruto clash of te ninja revolution game on wii theres a mission of sasuke vs gaara it says I got to do chidori at maximum power I know how to do chidori but how at maximum power I tried with the numshuck thing to make more damage...

but it doesnt seem to work help me
