geez...you need to learn how to type. why are you stuck at home? just go out and do stuff. if you have no friends, go someplace public, and MAKE some. take some control of your life, leave your house, and go live the dream!

get a pet... or learn how to type properly so people can understand! that should keep you busy.

Learn to type, spell, and read. Seriously!

That will get you a long way forward. When your friends and relatives are out wasting time you could be creating the next google, or writing the next great novel, or... well... something worthwhile.
