Which answers this exact question for people who use FunAdvice For those that need help with myspace...well, the answers are almost always in their FAQ. If the myspace thing isn't working, try photobucket, as they're owned by the same company & have way better photo management tools.

Save the caption onto a hosting site,like Photobucket.
Then copy the second code they give you.
Then on myspacewhre the picture caption goes,put

Note-You may have to Save the caption with a short name,so itll all fit.I usually save mine as numbers,like '1' so itll fit
