My tampon just won't go in.. help!

Okay, just relax. If you are too nervous your body is too tight, and it will make it harder. Sometimes sitting on the toilet is the best way to do it. Either that or stand beside it, and put one foot up on the toilet for easy insertion. The best one to use is one with an applicator, not OB because you just have to put the actual tampon in with your hand. Push some out the top of the applicator before you get started so it will slide out easier. Then position it where it needs to go and and slowly push the applicator until it goes in.

I hope this wasn't too graphic or TMI (too much information) for those that didn't want to know...but I figured it might help others too if they could read it.
