WHEN I AM USING MY LAPTOP THE SCREEN GETS ALL OF THESE LINES HORIZATILLY AND THE CORNERS GET WHITE AND THEN THE WHOLE SCREEN GOES WHITE

It may be a loose or broken LCD cable; you'll have to open it up and check the connection.
