Taking photos is unethical and technically against the law, but very difficult to enforce the law in most cases. Myspace has settings to disallow people from browsing or copying your photos, but I believe you may have to set your profile to "private" to do this.
If you are having this happen a lot, here is a trick to make it worth your time rather than trying to fight a usually losing battle. Watermark a website to your photos. If every photo stolen has the address of your blog or website on it then you are gaining tons of marketing for traffic to your site. If I were a pretty girl, I would assuredly be taking all my (non-lewd) photos and water mark my blog site on them followed by a peppering of Adsense ads to my blog. That way you might make some money off of people's ignorance or disregard of the law.

Why do people take my pictures from myspace?
I don't get it.
I take picture and put the on myspace then they're EVREYWHERE on the internet. I didn't put them there people use them. -_-
You know how "emo" pictures get around well mine do... I dont classify them as emo but others seem too.
Why do...
they take them? I mean really haha. I find it funny but slightly annoying.
