Why can't I retrieve my password?

I cant retrieve my password and I already tried the the password retrieval tool. is there another way to retrieve it?

Make sure your email address is correct, etc, by visiting the "my profile" link on your profile page:
http://www.funadvice.com/my...

Then click the "email & password" link on that page.
