WHat I would do is act ok with it, and just go along and do what they say, adventually they will be less strict because they will trust you. It works for me...

My parents are really like strict and overprotective and they wont let me do anything. I'm not allowed to have a boyfriend, I'm not allowed to have a phone, I'm not allowed to go out with my mates, I'm not allowed to like buy my own clothes, I'm not...
allowed to go to music concerts ... Im not allowed to do anything!!
Does anyone know what I can do to stop them? I'm very shy so I don't know how I'm going to tell them how I feel, but I'm in third year of high school and everyone else's parents lets everyone do all of the above??? What should I do??
