My own religion

Ok, I'm planning to create my own religion (like Buddha), but where do I start with getting followers. I thought of everything, including the prayes, gods and laws.

Umm... If you start your own religion, it's called a cult.

If you start it yourself, it's called a "cult". It has to be around for, oh, at least a hundred years and have a fair few followers before anyone will call it a religion*.

* Okay, yes, some people call the Church of Scientology a religion. I disagree.

You're only 14 years old. I don't think you have researched the subject thoroughly enough to determine whether another religion is necessary or not.

Do some serious research and you may find that there already exists a religion that fulfills your beliefs.

Just because a person is only 14 years old, doesn't mean they can't decide on their religion. Why do you need followers? I have my own religion, but it's only because I didn't like any others. Anyway, Buddhism didn't become a religion until after Buddha died, and since there is no "god" in Buddhism, it technically isn't a religion. Also, your religion needs to be based on something substancial that differs enough from existing belief systems. What is your religion actually for?

Lead by example. Leaders don't need to be followed, but followers will need someone to lead. They'll find you.
