My ex girlfriend

Ok, so I just broke up with my girlfriend after 2 years of going out and it's been almost two months now and I think she's already talking to somebody new. Even though I broke up with her i’m still pretty sad that she's moved on so quickly. Is she just trying to find a rebound guy asap. To tell you the truth this guy looks pretty ugly (lol) but, i’m still jealous, why am I jealous I broke up with her? The one thing that really got to me was she started tanning a lot and running after we broke up, why couldn’t she do that while we were together...anyways if she really did love me why would she jump into another relationship so soon, I mean two years come on.

Btw this is the second time i’ve broken up with her but, it’s the first major break up.

Well...you dated a long time and you were somewhat comfortable and in habit with this relationship. This is why you still feel the loss and the jealousy. Very normal. Lets go step by step here: She might have someone new...yes she probably does. Some move on quicker than others...all relationships for her and you will be rebound for the first while. #2 He's ugly lol...your shallowness could have been a factor in this relationship. #3 you have already broken up and gotten back together...this is a red flag. When a relationship cannot handle ups and downs without breaking up it probably isn't going to work anyways.
#4 She's out tanning and getting in shape...this is what females do, it helps with their egos. They will again feel desirable and she probably lost that in your relationship.
So get over her and move on, it wasn't going to be a life long relationship to begin with. You will date and love many in your lifetime; learn some good coping skills now and learn from each relationship.
