My brother hits me

My older brother is always hitting me and even my frenns. He always leaves bruises on me but I dont tell my parents cus my mom is sick and I dont want her 2 get stressed and my dad is hardly ever home so I dont want to bug him. What should I do??? Its getting like really bad yesterday he choked me!!! Pls give me some advice on what do do

Tell him to stop ABUSING you or you will call the freakin cops!!! What he is doing is not OK! Threaten him and follow through if he doesn't quit!

You should talk to your mom I know she is sick and is probably going through a hard time but she needs to know show her the bruises and tell her that you are sick of it. If you really dont want to tell your mom then tell him that if he hits you again you will call the police and if he hits you after that grab the phone go into a room with a lock on it and 'call the police' its not ok that he hits you like that.

Try to talk to a counsler or something in school or to a friend or friends parent!

Also, take pictures of your bruises so you have proof. If your brother is a-hole enough to abuse you then he will lie about it.

you need to get the authorities right away, that's abuse and it shouldn't be happening.

Honestly you should tell your parents about it...I know your mom is sick but she needs to know what your brother is doing to you and if you dont do something about it then it is more likely for you to end up in the hospital soon. if your parents avoid you then have a friend help you set up a camera and record when your brother hits you and tell him you WILL call the cops on him. if it pisses him off even more then CALL the cops and show them the video of him hitting you plus you have your friends to have your back (I hope). Also, get counseling for you and your brother it will help you out A LOT...tell your school coulselor, principal, or teacher someone who will HELP you and your brother get counseling. Good Luck!

Okay no matter where your parents are or how they are feeling, they are still your parents and they need to be PARENTING you and especially your brother. Sounds like he has a bit of an anger problem and needs help. There's no reason that he should be abusing you or your friends. If your friends wanted to then they could go to their own parents and tell them that they've been getting abused at your house and it could cause some serious problems. You need to tell you parents or another adult that you can trust so something can be done about this. Don't just sit there and take it from him. It could only get worse.

Ok so you say your tired of your brother picking on you, then do something about it. Eventually you are going to have to stand up and be counted or you are going to regret it for the remainder of your life. whuppins only hurt for a little while, and the sooner you stand up the sooner the picking stops. For our older siblings their are always us younger ones to make them feel like they are in charge, the next time you see your brother and you are alone walk up to him and just haul off and hit him with all the anger and rage you have locked up inside you. And if you feel that it isn't enough then pick up an equalizer, two by four or anything that brings you closer to his size. I don't mean that you want to cripple him or anything like that just show him you have had enough of his bullying. And if he doesn't get the message the first time do it again and again until he realizes play time has come to an end. Afterwards look at him and say I Love You Bro but I won't be your punching bag anymore Ok.

My older brother always beat on me and my little sister when we were younger, and I always had welts on me. My father died when I was 6, so all the love in the home went with him. My mother depended on my brother a lot after my father died, which meant he had to babysit us while she worked or went out. That's when the ABUSE started. When she would get off work, or wherever she was at, I would tell her that my brother beat me. You know what she said to me? 'That I probably deserved it!' My mother was a very sick and evil person (and still is), to let my brother abuse me like that! He has a serious ANGER problem also. He still has it to this day. He has his own family now (1 son and 2 daughters) and I am wondering if he will repeat the cycle. Please, GET HELP if your brother is abusing you. Nobody would listen to me when it happened, but I don't want you to keep suffering like that!!
