I love to listen to music and I can't stop what should I do about it ya'll I listen to in my sleep in my dream and even at school and on the phone and I am listening to It right now that I am talking to u

I don't think theres a problem with listening to it most of the time.

I listen to it loads...but if you want to stop, try doing something where you CAN'T listen to music..I dunno, join a sports club or something? It's hard to listen to music when your running around

My answer is don't stop there is nothing unhealthy about it. Music is beautiful I to am the same way I constantly listen to music especially when I find a new band or DJ .

I listen to music 90% of the time, and the other 10 % of the time I'm singing it, so I really dont think there is a problem with listenin gto music all the time.
