Mp3 player

I have an mp3/4 player with 2gb of memory. I turn the unit on and it stays frozen in the entry mode. I need to know how to move it into the next mode which is where I have downloaded my music. Someone told me to reset it, but no reset button. The unit...

is only six months old and I bought it on ebay. Any one out there that could give me advice on what to do next I would appreciate it very much. Thanks

maybe it cause by virus or alike... I don't know...if ever (you try to reformat your 2gb memory... but be sure to back all your files and music that was saved to that memory... )
