Can I legally move out of my house with my parents, to live with my 18 year old boyfriend? He would be living in his own apartment/house. Would it be possible to move without being emancipated?

You can't legally move out. It's technically running away. Your parents can call the cops, and have you shipped back to their house if you do. I know, because I was going to try that with my boyfriend, until my parents threatened me. Now if they kick you out, that's a different story. But they could possibly arrest your boyfriend because your 16 and he's 18...and the U.S. government is stupid, and has dumb laws about rape and all that good junk.

I wud advise you not 2 do it until you are at least 17. Because whether your parents place charges against him or not by you being under 18 it is bad and he can be charged. and plus whats the big rush any way. But if your parents are not there for you and your boyfriend is taking care of you, there is a way that you can go through the system and have the right and be judged2 c if its okay...its hard 2 explain
