What does 5! Mean in math a?

It means '5 factorial'

which means, 5x4x3x2x1

(= 20x3x2x1= 60x2x1 = 120.)

(the number times every other number it takes to get to 1).

For example, 9! would mean 9x8x7x6x5x4x3x2x1
