I've used my friend. it gets you horny when you have her rub up and down your leg with her fingers. do it to eachother. gradually get higher. use an electric toothbrush or razor. OBVIOUSLY, take the razor part off. the electric toothbrush bristles dont hurt, they actually massage the area. experiment with them.
