Should I consider a massage for my shoulder?

=] Asked by jaxz about 1 year ago, 5 answers.

I'm not sure if it's how I'm sleeping or whatever, but my right shoulder has this constant mild pain, and it gets pretty annoying sometimes.

I have invested in one of those memory foam pillows, but it's still quite tense.

It's not agony, but it's...

uncomfortable.

Should I consider massage or is it something I should get pills for?

No you just need to tough it out. Cause what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. But I guess you can just eat some pills to make it better like if your granny got something for her arthritis just take that if you want. Or just rub it against a wall or doorframe or something like that. Good luck & hope you feeling better.
