For make-up you just need to learn to use different techniques, once you learn those you can experiment with different colours and shades. If you search 'make-up techniques' on youtube.com you can watch a lot of great videos. As for hair ideas it depends on your face shape and hair length.

Hm, kay, so for makeup... I usually just makeup my look outta no where I mean if you're that type of risk taking make up person then try playing around with diff colors and if you don't reall give a damn abotu what others think then sure go ahead and forget how pople say don't wear too much makeup or you'll look like a clown well you know what if you really get creative and be yourself and find 'your' shade you can easily pull it off. I even tried GREEN BLUSH which was just green eyeshadow on my cheek and hey it looked pretty spiffy ;P , no lie some people actually complimented it. Haah it was on st. patrick's day though.
I don't know though just play around... look at magazines for hairstyle sand makeup look at celebrities thoguh I don't go after them that much I believe in creating your own style... but yea whynot go look at random photography and let the world around you, your surroundings inspire you.
