dats 2 much weight 4 such little time...but 2 try just exersise and eat healthy,more veggies and fruits and water,dont eat anythin fried or that has a lot of fat greasy...when you exersise try doin a little bit of everythin,like cardio,n what works best 4 me is dancin diff. types of music,like that your workin your whole body,dance like if no1s watchin!!!GOOD LUCK!!
im pretty sure its not healthy to loose that much in that amount of time. but if you want to loose lets say 10 pounds, jogging in the morning, and non stop sit ups till it burns. Then do a couple more until it burns. Do that a couple times a day to get lean and fit for that dress =p
You can eat normally, just not to many fried foods, like fried chicken. Also cut down on the pasta, it bulks you up real fast if you don't take care of yourself, so whatchout for those and
good luck -- remember to drink plenty of water, it can make you gain some weight, but you will loose it eventually.
to tell you d truth I lost 10 lbs in a week,,, maybe you culd do it 2... what I did is I eat less and I dunt eat after 6 pm... plus wenever I feel like eating I just drink lots of water or just eat 1 fruit... and I start doin DDR (dance dance revolution)... im round 5'3-5'2 and I was 160 pound a week ago now im like 150... still that really shoking 2 me...
dont eat fried stuff either... dunt eat chicken skin because it wuld really make you weight more... just water and water dunt drink soda... only once in a while... I drink soda like once in 2 weeks...
