is there ANYWHERE that would be in a mall that is safe and clean to get your lip peirced. at the age og 15 with out an adult!?

I am 14 and want my belly button pierced...I am prob going to do it myself though. I am not allowed to get it...so I will have to do it.

Um its illegal without a gardien they wont do it Without a person over 18

you have to be 18 or have a parent/guardian there... and they don't do lip piercings at the mall.
