haha liposuction??...ahh no. im not fat or anything. im like 5'6 and around 130 but just want my thighs a little thinner/toned up
haha you sonud a lot like me, umm... I was like 5'6' and 135, I wanted to lose some weight in my legs too (and stomach) but I went on this elliptical (spelling wrong) machine my parents use, and now I'm 5'8' and 123 pounds or so, I lost 15 pounds in 3 months, so if you're not completely happy with yourself, do ttha for about an hour a day (I didn't always do this, sometimes I would just do it for 15 minutes and not eat a lot for the rest of the day.) so try that, don't do liposuction, that's just stupid
try track or something. its alto of fun, and effective...you dont even have to be fast

my legs are the biggest part of my body...soo how do I lose leg/thigh fat???
