talk to your mom and tell her it embarrasses you that your leg hair is noticeable in pe. she'll most likely let you shave them. I started shaving when I was like 11 or 12.

Yeah I suggest you talk to your mom. She might let you shave your legs and she might not. If she doesn't, there's a lot of nice sweat pants girls wear now and you won't have to feel embaressed. I'm sure she will understand if you tell her how you feel.

yeah talk to your mom and if she won't let you, do it anyways
thats what I did and my mom didn't notice for a while
and didn't really care
tell her that your growing up and you've obviously hitting puberty, so its time she treats you like a young lady

Aw, I know how you feel... I started shaving mine for PE, but I don't anymore. It's the most boring thing in the world to do, and after a day or two you get all stubly hair growing back. I just stick with my nice hairy legs now, and don't care about what other people think. If you do start shaving, I'm sure your mum will be fine about it - she's probably gone through similar stuff when she was a kid.

She might surprise you. She might need a little nudge from you to show her that you aren't such a kid anymore.

I know how you feel too, in 6th grade I had really blonde hair on my legs and started shaving without talking to my mom about it, and didn't really know what I was doing.

so you should talk to your mom about it, (:

PS the effects of waxing last longer (afew weeks) and you dont get stubby hairs if it's done properly

I wouldn't worry about it to much, most of the guys at that age don't really care that much yet.
But you could try talking to your mother about it, tell her you are embarrassed etc...
Shaving can be a pain.
Other than gym class you can probably cover it up with like tights/pantyhose as long as the tights are dark enough, though I don't think that would work for gym class.
Try sweat pants, or like wind pants, for PE.

Good luck, hope I helped.
