ok but my friends mom has guardinship over me can I still move?
it really depends on the state you have to look it up cause at 19 is when your a legal adult in nebraska
thats right in missouri once you 18 you are an adult the last I heard for boys in mo you have to be 19 and girls 18 have no idea why but you should be adle to do what you want at 18

19 in Delaware, Alabama, Nebraska and Wyoming
In Arkansas, Ohio, Tennessee and Utah, 18 or, if still in high school, at graduation
In Wisconsin and Nevada, 18, or if still in high school, 19
14 in American Samoa
18 in all other states and in Guam.
I think you still can move out cause you are older thatn 16 but you ahve to live somwere and stay in skull or get a job!!!
