What makes a good leader?

Hi guys. I have to do this dumb project for school. What makes a good leader??? I really need help with this its due tommorrow and I'm doing it at the last minute like usual. I need a good grade can you help? What makes a good leader?

What makes a good leader? Hmmm.. here are some things that come to mind:

1) sets a positive example
2) listens to other peoples opinions and ideas
3) isn't afraid to speak out
4) cares for his team and empowers them to do the best they can (notice 'empowers' NOT bosses around)
5) builds trust and confidence among the team

In order to be a good leader one must first know them selves and who they are as a person.

You can not lead any one else if you can not fisrt your self.

Also you should not exspect anything from some one else that you your self could not do..
