how does she know it's her kidney and right ovary?
the pain could be anything... she really should go in and see her doctor...

She could be dehydrated, have an infection, or a number of other things. Get to a doctor tomorrow, or the ER if the pain becomes unbearable.
well in my family there is a condiditon where cysts grow on the ovaries then explode, and it feels like the worst pain in the world, and is often confused as appendicitis.
Get her into the doc, who will probably want to do an ultrasound. She could have a kidney stone or an infection. You can't seriously be expecting the fun advice crew to come up with a home remedy for this one... can you?
