thats photoshopped...people did that a lot about 9-11 to make people even more paranoid about 'evil' and 'terrorists'...
but it does look cool lol

Satan could use a nose job, and a face lift. I guess several centuries of fighting God and spreading evil can make you age a lot quicker.
