No! you got to remember fat grams and carbs and allthose grams because that is just propal going to get the food to stay instead of loosing it so try fruit and healthy optians like air popped popcorn and just be healthy take walk somhting and if you just fit good foods for your body instead of fat cheeseburgers in your life you can loose a lot of inches and pounds by doing this normally
