There's no way of people just being able to tell you, "Yes you're overweight," or "No you're not overweight," without even seeing you.
Most of your weight could be fat, or most of it could be muscle.
That's why BMI tests are so inaccurate.
But FYI, according to your BMI (5'11" and 130 lbs) you're underweight.
And as for the game, I don't know how accurately it would be able to keep track of how many calories you burn because peoples' bodies work at different rates.
But just getting up and moving around is good for you, so...kudos!

Well I own a copy of Dance Dance Revolution 2, and they have this Workout mode that Keeps track of how many calories you lose. Is it likely this even Works? I think it does because I have been losing Weight because of this Game. Today I...
