Is she too young for me to date?

I am 16 she is 13... is that too big of an age difference to date?

Your parents may not approve,Most likely hers.
but Its not up to them.
Remember,Its only illegal if your over 18 and shes under 18.

Relationships like that seldom work. Its ok to like her , but if you are going for a relationship then its best you wait for a few years (and get to know her in the process) and maybe things will work out. There is nothing wrong in an age gap for marriage, but during your teenage years, you want to get away and spend time with people your own age and who can relate to things you are going through, so wait awhile till you start a relationship with this girl. Let her grow up!

its actually legal when your 16 because thats the legal age 2 av sex an I think 13 is a bit young yeh only because your 16 but if she wos 18 an you wos 21 it wudent really matter. but if you love each other I dont seem why not. but I don't think it really possible 2 fall in love at 13 your more naive at that age.

Your age doesn't matter. As long as you love each other. Just don't ask her for sex. She is too young for that. But just to date or kiss, is okay.

Anyway, sometimes the issue goes beyond age as a number. In most cases I wonder why people are not dating someone their age. I personally would be embarrassed if - for instance - I were a nineteen-year-old dating a fifteen-year-old. Clearly someone is not as mature as he/she/it is supposed to be here.

3 years wouldn't make much of a difference if you were, say, 25. But being as young as you are... you will have NOTHING in common with this girl. She's way too young. Look for someone your age!

Ok there is nothin wrong w/ bein' 16 datin someone who is 13! One of my friends who is 13 is datin a 16 but he loves and he wants her to be his first and she wants him to be her first! There is nothin wrong w/ as long as she wants what she wants cause if this 13 yr. old girl cares about you then so what!

not realy my first girlfriend I had was when I was 12 and she was 17 heh she was realy suprised when I told her my age she thaught I was 15 and she still went out with me but any way no its not too much a diffrence just ask her out.
