ok you realize you are asking if oral SEX is sex... why would the word sex be attached to something that was not sex...?
and pen*s and vagina is one form of sex... it's called coitus...
then you have oral, anal, and a whole lot of other forms of sex... considering gay people do not have coitus, is the sex they do have not sex? are they virgins forever?
ORAL SEX IS SEX.
Here is a website for you to read> http://www.goldenservices.net/sample.pdf
It says that the most important thing for girls and boys alike is to realize that oral sex IS sex and in doing it comes many responsibilities. One of the most obvious reasons that oral sex should be considered sex is by the second word in its name: sex! Defining sex as strictly penile-vaginal intercourse makes a world full of vigins.
While I don't agree that just because it has "sex" in the noun, oral sex should automatically be considered sex (mangosteens have nothing to do with mangos, titmice have nothing to do with...well...ya know), that doesn't mean you can still be considered a virgin if you've engaged in oral sex. As ty suggested, there are lots of ways to have sex other than vaginal intercourse.
The definitions get a little fuzzy, however, when you start talking about women giving foot jobs. I have no idea what you'd call that.

Is oral sex , sex??
is oral sex actualy sex?
(I dont really thinkso , because then like schools would say like some of you are turning to alternatives like oral sex , or somehting like that and I never heard a teacher say that)
(to let you know I NEVER had oral sex , I...
just wanted to know cause teachers dont talk about it)
