Is it true with education, brings more money?

Say if I became a counselor, with a bachelor's in it, and making $30,000 per year. Say if get a doctoral degree, will I continue to do what I'm doing and make more money than before?

Increasing your education level opens you up to positions you previously didn't qualify for - in some cases that might be the same but not likely.

You cant actually be a counslor in the U.S. with a bachelor's degree, at minimum you need a masters degree...

But yes, with a phd you will earn more money...
