its not hard for thin people to get pregnant, but it is hard for underweight people (or overweight people too for that matter) to get pregnant Being under or overweight is a cause of infertility, however, fertility can be restored if the person gets to a healthy weight.

its extreemly hard if they have an eating dissorder, or over exerscise too much
all those things can not only put off your period from comming
and also not be able to provide your body with nutrients for 2 people to live off

and it's for fat people who can't have kids!
