Dear myzarri,
Well the error here lies with your measuring. This is impossible but what is not impossible is that you have had the wrong measurement. When you go for your next doctors visit have them measure you and stick with this one. It will be the most accurate. If you indeed shrunk 4 inches you should be in the Guinness book of records; I doubt this has happened before so quickly to someone so young.
Sue...good luck
well it could be your measuring or it is possible its from calcium deficiency. When you dont get enough Ca, it is stripped from your bones and deposited in the bloodstream but shrinkage from this reason usually occures in older people. Still, upping your calcium intake cant hurt especially if your under 25-26 as people in this age catagory havent reached their maximum bone density so you should build it up while you have the chance, its all downhill after that!

Is it normal to shrink?
I measured myself and im like 4 inches shorter than I was 2 weeks ago.
