Are these white things on my throat mono?

I have these white things on the side and on the back of my throat and it hurts really bad. Is this mono? CAN SOME ONE HELP ME FIND OUT WHAT IT IS???

Hey go get that checked at the doctor if your throat is swollen and hurting really bad get it checked now I had mono and had those white things before and didn't even care to go to the doctor I just thought it was a cold or strep because it happens all the time well I waited too long and my tonciles got so big to where I couldn't eat or drink and I was dehydrated an what not and had to b in the hospital for a week

sounds like streep throat but go she a doctor in eather cause. so he can give you an antibotic.

me tooooo...!!!!! They are really horrible and smell really bad...they come out when I cough. I have tried antibiotics, but they didnt work at all. I have been to the doctors numerous time and have numerous checks and apparetly they are there to get rid of infections.. they are appently very harmless but I can't seem to breathe with them. I got it about a year ago and I sing sooooo much. You wouldnt beleive how much I sing! Im in choirs, performed in the boy from oz ecetra exetra -(I dont know how to spell that lol) and there is a lot of strain on my throat. I also have major anxiety problems and yeh I JUST CANT BREATHE properly and its REALLY scary..I also have crushing chest pains which are REALLY horrible. I used to also get these attacks where it was like I was having a asthma attack, but I don't usually get them anymore but this 'cant be able to breathe' thing is very scary and horribel. PLEASE HELP ME!

that is what it sounds like,are you running a fever? do you feel tired? if so that sounds like mono.

use a q-tip and scrape them out. they are tonsil stones most likely, harmless but annoying

I get them everynow and then they are scary beacuse sometimes they seem not to come out until a long time.
They smell horrible and are nasty when you swallow them.

yes it is mono I had it and those are puss sacks they go aaway with ibeprofen and amoxicillen

well
white stuff is strep throat
mono is more than sore throat and it is severe
and when you get mono, you might also get strep
so you might want to get tested for mono and strep

I had mono before and let me tell you, it is worse than a sore throat
I couldnt eat for 4 days because my thraot was so swollen
I slept about 18 hours a day
I couldnt get up from my bed
I had to quit sports
it is bad
