Why doesn't my boyfriend like touching me down there?

okay... about a week ago, my boyfriend and me were fooling around and he fingered me. My frist time but not his... after like a day I told him it kinda hurt because he didn't stop when I told him to (I kinda like it rough) and he told me he doesn't...

really like fingering, that he only did it because he felt like he needed to. Its been about a week and every time we start anything up he starts heading down south, like he wants to... He said he likes touching me threw the panties but when he trys to go further it gets kinda like " okay how did this happen?" or "...*weirdness*..." I've never heard of guys not like doing things like that. is it something I did wrong? is there any way to make him like because he seemed like he had done it before and liked it? I'm fine if we never do that kinda thing again but if its my falt then I want to try to fix it so is there anyoone who can give a noob a helping hand?

maybe it is only weird because you two haven't been together as long as he was with the other girl? But, I dunno, it sounds more like he's confused about what to do now since he hurt you last time. Next time just try telling him how much you like it and what feels good to you.
