If I only ate fruits and veggies for a week, is that healthy? If not I could eat a few grains or something.

your best bet is to stick to a well rounded nutricious diet. low fat protien, whole grain carbs, tons of produce. I know some great smoothie recipes if you are interested. funmail me.

no because you are just eating the same thing everyday you need to eat a variation of foods and mix htme people need to understand a varied diet. like veg with a bit of meat or fish this adds protien, pat and your vital vitamins that you need.

You dont need meat to be healthy, there are plenty of people who are vegetarian who are healthy, but this type of diet is complicated, you need to make sure you're getting enough protein (e.g. beans) and cutting out carbs completely isnt the smartest thing to do (try whole grains - wheat bread, brown rice). Also make sure you're getting the nutrients that you need (e.g. calcium).

Of course not. You need to eat a balanced diet of everything: protein, fibre, water, vitamins, carbohydrates etc.
That would not be a very healthy way.

And yes..I've been a vegetarian for..15 years now..(all my life) and I'm meant to be pretty healthy =]
You just need to make sure that you substitute the meat with all the essential protein.
