You dont need meat to be healthy, there are plenty of people who are vegetarian who are healthy, but this type of diet is complicated, you need to make sure you're getting enough protein (e.g. beans) and cutting out carbs completely isnt the smartest thing to do (try whole grains - wheat bread, brown rice). Also make sure you're getting the nutrients that you need (e.g. calcium).
Of course not. You need to eat a balanced diet of everything: protein, fibre, water, vitamins, carbohydrates etc.
That would not be a very healthy way.
And yes..I've been a vegetarian for..15 years now..(all my life) and I'm meant to be pretty healthy =]
You just need to make sure that you substitute the meat with all the essential protein.

Is it good to only eat fruits and veggies?
If I only ate fruits and veggies for a week, is that healthy? If not I could eat a few grains or something.
