Is it bad to go to bed with wet hair?

Your hair is a lot more fragile when it is wet. The only other downside I can think of is you are putting your wet head on a pillow... so if your pillow case has collected any dirt or dust, your hair is immediately picking it up. I don't think it is terrible, but it is discouraged.

no, I do it all the time. Damp hair, my hair is fine and useless unless I sleep with it damp.
