Try to figure out why you slouch.
If it is because of weak trapezoids and/or tight pectoral muscles? Do you have a skeletal deformity? My wife slouches but her vertebrae are wedge shaped rather than rectangular so she really can't stand straight, it's just the way she is; her mom has the same posture.
I don't know if there is any connection but the best distance runner on my HS XC and track team slouched. You might do a little work on your traps and lats if you have been neglecting those muscle groups.

Is it bad that I slouch?
Is it bad that I slouch a lot? Like when im older will I have problems with my back?
