it's not a disorder yet. but your really close. actually if you are about average you should be eating 2000 calories a day. Eat really healthy foods and a lot of milk. not eating just hurts your body more, healthy helps you lose weight and keeps your body safe. try exercising one hour every day and eat really healthy. 2000 calories will help you lose more then 300 or 500.

Actually, milk is good for your health, teeth, and bones.
Also, you say won't drink milk because your a vegetarian. Actually hun, that makes you a VEGAN.
Eating 2000 calories a day won't make you fat unless you DON'T excercise. Eating less than 2000 calories a day is not advisable. It's not the healthy way to go.
You are very close to having an eating disorder. You should probably go to see a counselor. Even one at school. And if you are that worried about what you eat, get a nutritionist.
you are close to anorexic. I think they only eat like 300 calories max...I think im not sure. Im bulimic. I have the diese that makes them self puke once they finish eating. Also I wouldn't recomend fasting. Because your body I think stores the fat or something so once you eat again you can gain it back. So really its just a waste of time.

im 5 foot and I weight 98 pounds and I am trying to lose more weight. I...
feel like I have a fat stomach and I've been fasting and trying not to eat but I cant help it. and every time I have a big meal that my mum made... I want to throw up/ I have tried to make myself throw up many times but I just cant do it. (I wont do it again) im trying to exercise and burn 700 calories and eat 500 calories a day and tomorrow ill try and eat 300 calories only. is this just a diet or do I have a disorder? its all I can think about..
