Is is nice to try to be nice?

Again I am srry for wasting your time...but,I have problems kinda on bein nice...Have any Fun Advice?

Yes it is nice to be a nice person , there is to much hate in the world today as it is - Giving away one of your Smiles can really make someones day

a friend of someone who I knew was going to commit suicide until he got a message on his answer machine saying ''hello, how are you?''. luckily the guy today is still alive just because of that message. Even the tiniest thing we do that seems worthless to us can mean so much more to someone else.

So yes being nice and considerate is not only nice and thoughtful but can save a life or give hope to that person.

yeah being nice is nice but be careful of being to nice- you dont want to be a doormat- but try to be nice to everyone...their is this girl who I dont really like but christmas is comming around so I still got her a preasent...I am not saying you have to kiss peoples feet- just smile...give them a hug or even compliment them life is to short to waste it being mean.

being nice usually starts with a smile, kinda gesture or a nice hello.
doing nice things for people are also good.
but just think what would you like if you were them.
I don't think its hard, so you'll get the hang of it.
there right, there is way to much hate right now, so I think its good that your trying to be nicer.

The main thing about being nice is treating other people the way you would like to be treated.

I think it was Oprah that said you are either nice or your not. Some people want to be nice but aren't sure how to go about it. They come across as being shy and reserved. Others are just normally not nice. This is different than being mean. Mean people do things out of malice people who are not nice can be very self-centered, lack empathy but are not mean. So if practise makes perfect then practise, practise, practise.

look at it the other way round.
you tell some one you hate you 99.9% chances they'll hate you back.
so if you're nice to someone they'll be nice to you back :]
anyway why arent you nice to people???
