yes vicodin is a mix of hydrocodone (a opiate) & acetaminophen (tylenol). the hydro is what gets you high, it comes from the same plant derivitive as heroin & morphine

Well, it depends on the strength of the hydrocodone/acetaminophen combo. For example, Vicodin 5 is brand name for hydrocodone 5mg/ 500 mg acetaminophen (tylenol or APAP) and Norco 10 is brand name for hydrocodone 10mg/ 325mg APAP
